CFWP Foundations Class
Beginning August 7, CrossFit West Plains will be offering Foundations Classes designed to get each of our incoming athletes prepared for our group classes. Each new athlete will go through a series of these sessions, which are done in 2 week blocks. Classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a total of 4 sessions to complete the series (with no additional charge to your monthly membership). This round of classes will be held 8/7, 8/9, 8/14, and 8/16. Each session will consist of a warm up, the introduction and practice of a new foundational movement, and a workout. Throughout these classes, you will learn CrossFit’s 9 foundational movements that we will use as building blocks in the majority of the movements we do, as well as scaling options and progressions for many of the movements used in group classes. These classes are a great way to get familiar with how to move with sound and safe technique, and also serve as a good introduction to the CrossFit community. After your 2 weeks (4 sessions) are up, feel free to attend as many of our classes as you would like at times that work best with your schedule! 1 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
4:15 p.m. Monday - Friday
5:15 p.m. Monday - Friday
6:15 p.m. Monday - Friday
